Regency Hills is a private, gated community of 350 homes. The newest phase is The Registry at Regency Hills. The Regency Hills Community is governed by a Homeowners’ Association with an Architectural Control Committee. The committee’s function is to preserve the natural beauty of the property, to provide for the efficient administration of the development of the property and thereby enhance the value of the homes and community. All home sites are an acre plus in size and homes have a minimum size of 3200-3600 sq ft. Architectural designs are varied and are approved by the ACC.

There is an Amenity package for all homeowners for tennis and swim. Within the community is Regency Hills Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmeto. It is a private club owned by the USGolf Group.
