Welcome to the Indian Springs Condominium Association Website! Indian Springs comprises 89 individual condominiums located in Sun Valley Elkhorn. Our complex is conveniently located at the base of the Elkhorn lift at Sun Valley’s Dollar Mountain complex in Sun Valley, Idaho. Located in Elkhorn, less than two miles from the world famous Sun Valley Resort and Lodge, Indian Springs Condominium community offers quick and easy access to the year round cultural, sporting and recreational activities of the Sun Valley, Ketchum and Sawtooth National Recreation Areas. Our community consists of just under 100 individual condominium homes in one, two and three bedroom configurations, each individually or corporately owned. Indian Springs offers convenient access to Sun Valley Company’s Dollar Mountain Ski complex through our location at the base of the Elkhorn Lift or convenient access to the Dollar Mountain, River Run or Warm Springs lodge & lift complexes through our close proximity to Mountain Rides public shuttle bus stops. We are within easy walking distance of the Sun Valley Elkhorn Golf Club and Course, The Village Pool and the Sun Valley Elkhorn Tennis Center. The Indian Springs Homeowners Association is responsible for administering the business affairs of the common elements of Indian Springs Condominiums. The Association, through its homeowner elected board of directors determines community standards, sets annual budgets, and maintains reserves for the maintenance of common elements, including the exterior of all homes. Part of your ownership obligation is to pay association dues that take care of the general common elements (i.e., building exteriors and grounds) of the Association. A comprehensive set of neighborhood rules and regulations has been established in the Association’s “Bylaws” and "Rules and Regulations". As a member of the Association, you will be notified of all meetings and may wish to serve on its Board of Directors.
