Welcome to the Sunburst Condominium Association website! The Sunburst Condominium Association is located in the Elkhorn area of beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. Downtown Ketchum, Bald Mountain and the Sun Valley Resort are all five minutes away by car. The Dollar Mountain ski hill and Carol's Lodge are a ten minute walk and the Elkhorn Springs golf course is adjacent. Sunburst is a 98 unit condominium association built in 1979. The two and three bedroom loft units are approximately 1,483 SF and 2,051 SF respectively with lower floor bedroom and private areas and upper level living areas. The garden style property is extensively landscaped and the recreational facilities include a pool, spa, and dry sauna. Sunburst residents and guests additionally have access to the nearby Village and Harker recreational centers and their respective tennis, pool, spa, and sauna facilities. The valley asphalt trail system is adjacent as well. The Sunburst property is managed by Sun Country Management and actively governed by the homeowners association as lead by its Board of Directors. The Board meets every other month.
