Welcome to the Ridge Condominium Associationís Website!

The Ridge Condominium Association has been in Sun Valley since 1978. Located in the peaceful Elkhorn valley in the City of Sun Valley, Idaho in the Rocky Mountains, we are situated on 9 acres of land, with lots of green space in a very tranquil and beautiful environment, less than 10 minutes from downtown Ketchum and only 5 minutes from the world famous Sun Valley Resort.

Whether your interests include downhill or cross country skiing, snowboarding, golfing at four different local courses [including two Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed courses], hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, river rafting, ice skating or just hanging out to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery, you will find it all close by. Enjoy the areas fine restaurants and shopping, or take in year round cultural events such as monthly gallery walks at the areaís numerous galleries, a variety of music events, ice shows, and more.

The Ridge Board of Directors is very active in managing the Associationís homeowner affairs to ensure safety, use and enjoyment, care of the complex, and maintaining property values.

There are nine elected board members representing 100 homeowners and 15 garage owners. The Association's communication with Ridge homeownersis frequent and detailed. Homeowners can access all the Association's governing documents, newsletters, committee information, board and annual meeting minutes, financial reports and budgets, and much more, which are posted quickly to keep everyone up to date. Over the course of the last several years, the Ridge has completed many substantial projects on the grounds as well as the buildings themselves. These include new sliding glass doors new front doors, improved drainage where ice has been an issue, painting and replacing of siding, and we are currently replacing all of the windows and finishing our landscaping projects.

Our capital plan calls for proactive maintenance and painting to our siding, new rails throughout the complex, new stairs where necessary, and finally we are saving for new roofs for the entire complex. We feel that our property continues to improve substantially - we have posted several pictures showing some of our improvements.
